Mumbai: Mahindra & Mahindra Ltd. (M&M), one of India’s leading automotive manufacturers, announced that it recorded total auto sales of 78,969 vehicles in June 2025, a 14% year-on-year growth (Mahindra Auto Sales June 2025).

The company continues to strengthen its leadership in the Utility Vehicle (UV) segment with domestic SUV sales reaching 47,306 units, reflecting a strong 18% increase over June 2024.

In total, the UV segment contributed 48,329 units (including exports). The Commercial Vehicles (CV) segment reported 20,575 units sold domestically, while 3-wheeler sales, including electric variants, soared by 37%, reaching 8,454 units.

Exports remained stable, with 2,634 units shipped overseas, reflecting a modest 1% annual growth. However, year-to-date (YTD) exports posted a 36% jump, indicating rising international demand for Mahindra vehicles.

“This has been our best-ever quarter for SUVs,” said Nalinikanth Gollagunta, CEO of the Automotive Division, M&M Ltd. “We achieved 47,306 SUV sales in June alone – a growth of 18%. Our performance reinforces Mahindra’s momentum across passenger and commercial vehicle segments.”

The company also noted increased traction for its electric and last-mile mobility offerings through its subsidiaries, Mahindra Electric Automobile Ltd. and Mahindra Last Mile Mobility Ltd.
